Hi! I’m Emma, a fully qualified and experienced integrative therapist, who is registered and holds membership with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults (18+) both online via zoom and in person, in a safe and confidential environment, where we can build trust and openness together during our weekly sessions.
My practice is rooted in the belief that each individual has the ability to grow and transform. Central to my approach are the relationships I build with my clients. I do not hold the answers, but I will work with you collaboratively and be alongside you as we empathically explore your feelings, thoughts and personal experiences.
Cultural Humility is embedded throughout my approach as a therapist. I recognise and respect the inherent worth and value of diverse cultures. I appreciate intersectionality and the complex ways in which different aspects of a person’s identity (race, gender, class, sexual orientation, physical ability, etc) interact and impact their experiences, opportunities, and challenges.
I offer a range of specialised therapeutic services designed to support your mental and emotional well-being. Whether you are seeking to overcome challenges, process trauma, or improve personal growth, I provide a safe and compassionate space tailored to your needs.
*I also offer concessions for students and individuals receiving income-related benefits/low incomes — please reach out for more details.
